A study aid

Our free checks, practice material, guides and calculators are study aids only. They are not engineering approval or a substitute for project-specific professional judgment and applicable codes. Use your own licensed copy of any referenced code.

Our practice questions are original and written to the published content outline. Every answer key passes an independent check. Questions an expert reviewer has signed off are marked as reviewed, and reported errors are fixed within 2 business days. We never use real or recalled exam questions or reproduce code-book text.

Toe Board is not affiliated with or endorsed by BCSP. Exam names describe the exams our material helps you study for. We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam.

Buying a course

Courses, practice packs, bundles, the 7-day pass and the 48-hour pass are a one-time payment through Stripe checkout. Your course opens as soon as checkout completes, and your receipt email has the link to it. A practice pack or a pass opens the same way.

Refunds

Courses, practice packs and bundles. Full refund within 7 days of payment, before you submit your 30th paid practice answer or start any paid timed practice exam. For bundles, these limits apply across all included courses. One evaluation refund per person across the six Nori Software sites. Delivery, material technical problems, duplicate charges and statutory rights are handled separately under the Terms.

7-day pass. Full refund within 48 hours of buying, unless you have started a timed practice exam or answered 30 practice questions. One refund per customer.

48-hour pass. Full refund within 12 hours of buying, unless you have started a timed practice exam or answered 30 practice questions. One refund per customer.

The course window is 168 hours after payment. Pass windows also run from payment. Each checked answer in paid practice counts, including repeat attempts. Free checks and public previews do not count. Starting a paid timed practice exam opens its questions and ends the evaluation guarantee even if you do not finish it. For a bundle, paid practice answers are added across every included course, and starting a timed exam in any included course ends the bundle's evaluation guarantee. An eligible evaluation refund returns the full bundle price and ends access to all its included courses; there are no partial change-of-mind bundle refunds.

The one-evaluation-refund limit applies per person across Alarm Ladder, Fillet Gauge, Boom Angle, Rafter Tie, Angle Beam and Long Seam. It does not limit the exceptions below. Refunds are reviewed by support; a usage or time check is not the whole eligibility decision.

Delivery, technical and billing problems

We refund duplicate charges. If paid access is not delivered, or a material technical problem or materially missing or misdescribed feature prevents you from using what you bought, contact us. If we cannot resolve it within 2 business days after receiving the information reasonably needed to investigate, you may request a full refund for the affected order, including a bundle. These exceptions apply regardless of the evaluation window, paid use or previous evaluation refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@toeboardprep.com with the email you used to buy and your order reference, if available. If you cannot access the purchase email, contact us so we can help verify the purchase another way. The time of your first refund request determines whether it was within the window; support processing does not shorten it. Usage is assessed as of that request. We aim to reply within 2 business days and issue approved refunds within 2 business days after verifying the order. Refunds go to the original payment method without a processing-fee deduction. Your bank may take approximately 5–10 business days to display the credit. Access to a refunded order ends when we issue the full refund.

Earlier orders

These seven-day course terms apply to new checkouts created under this policy. Earlier orders and held checkouts retain the refund terms supplied with them, including the previous 14-day course, practice-pack and bundle window and its both-timed-exams-finished condition. Your receipt states the terms for your order. The separate delivery and billing remedies and your statutory rights are not reduced.

Access length

Courses, practice packs and bundles are a one-time payment with lifetime access: your access has no end date. Updates are included, including a move to a newer code edition if the exam body changes the edition its exam uses.

7-day pass: access ends 7 days after payment, to the minute. It does not renew and is not a subscription. A timed practice exam started before then can still be finished.

48-hour pass: access ends 48 hours after payment, to the minute. It does not renew and is not a subscription. A timed practice exam started before then can still be finished.

The price of either pass is not credited toward another plan bought later.
