The Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) is a common step for people who run and check safety on construction work. The exam gives you 4 hours at a Pearson test center. Toe Board gets you ready by showing, question by question, which part of the blueprint you can already handle and which part still costs you points.

Safety program development, implementation and sustainment is 22.5%, leadership, communication and training is 21%, and emergency preparedness, incident investigation and response is 19.9%.
